In the case of purchases made by a Consumer, he or she has the right to withdraw from the Sales Contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days of receiving the Product.
In the event that the Consumer decides to exercise the right of withdrawal, he or she must notify Ygros via the specific section A of the Single Form received together with the Products and in any case downloadable from the Site, to be sent to the Seller by email at info@ ygrosrace.it. or by registered letter with return receipt to the Seller's registered office.
Following the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the Customer will receive an email from the seller confirming receipt of the withdrawal notice with instructions for returning the product. The Customer must return the Product within the following 14 days, by shipping it to the Seller's registered office in Zanè (VI), via Luigi Pettinà n.24. The Consumer must use a traceable shipping method and packaging suitable for the type of product and such as to guarantee its integrity.
In any case, to be entitled to a refund of the price paid, the Product must be returned intact, packaged in the original packaging and complete with everything originally contained (including instruction manuals and accessories).
The costs of returning the product are borne by the Consumer pursuant to the Consumer Code.
Within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, Ygros, having verified the integrity of the product, will refund the price of the Products subject to withdrawal and the costs of the initial shipment, with the payment method indicated by the Customer in the withdrawal form.
